Southeast Asia - A favorable investment thesis that we are targeting at

It is interesting to hear from different perspectives and try to understand what kind of business trends are happening. However, I have also seen in some other comments from local founders that the core skillsets and coding trainings locally in Malaysia still need to be beefed up.
The key opportunity that I can see from here is that:
As more global players are entering SEA, Malaysia is gaining eyeballs to become a regional tech center given its sizable workforce with cost/language advantages;
Its tech center positioning will provide a large pool of talent training opportunities in computer science and coding across all age groups.
This is a favorable investment thesis that we are targeting at.
